![]() ![]() ![]() Or an invasion of Earth by three aliens from outer space. ![]() You never know what to expect or what will happen next in this strange, joyous, and entertaining interactive journey – kind of like life itself. You just have to be there to experience the performance firsthand, as three curious, nameless, bald, blue men explore our pop culture with a sense of inquisitiveness and marvel, make music and art without saying a word, and involve the delighted audiences in their sometimes-messy creative vision, taking us through a series of multi-sensory segments that feature paint, makeshift instruments, food, movement, and technology. There’s good reason why the iconic award-winning Blue Man Group is celebrating the major milestone of its 30 th anniversary this month at the intimate downtown space of Off-Broadway’s Astor Place Theatre: audiences and critics alike simply can’t get enough of it!
